Mushroom, Tallegio & Thyme Pizzas

Makes 1 pizza


1 Warburtons square(ish) wrap
1 tbs sun dried tomato pesto
100g medium cheddar, grated
50g Tallegio cheese, sliced
3-4 chestnut mushrooms, thinly sliced
2 sprigs of fresh thyme, picked


Preheat your oven to 200C. Place the wrap on a baking sheet and spread with 1 tbs of sun dried tomato pesto, taking care to spread right to the edges. Sprinkle with the grated cheddar, lay on the mushrooms and sliced Tallegio. Finally top with the picked thyme and season well with sea salt and freshly milled black pepper. Bake on the top shelf of the oven for 10-12 mins.
